In light of uncertainty alert over the status of volcanic activity on the Reykjanes peninsula, Keilir adminsitrative staff has reviewed and updated evacuation procedures for staff and students. This is done in compliance with the Department of Civil Protection and Emergency Management.

You'll find relevant information regarding evacuation plans and procedures on the Keilir website in both Icelandic and English. If case of any imminent or present danger, appropriate measures will be made and all staff and students will be informed accordingly.

Information meeting regarding procedures that will take place in case of volcanic eruption on the peninsula will be held at Keilir main hall at 11:30 on Thursday 30 January 2020.
