Graduation Ceremony - Class of Personal Trainers 2018
Keilir Health Academy graduated 54 candidates on 8 June at Andrews Theater in Iceland, 42 Personal Trainers and 12 Strength and Conditioning Coaches. After the graduation ceremony a total of 645 trainers since the school was established ten years ago.
Arnar Hafteinsson, director of Keilir Health Academy presented graduates with their certificates and Julian Berriiman, director of Professional Standards Committee Europe Active gave a commencement speach. Earlier this year Keilir was certified by Europe Active with personal trainer graduates henceforth registered in the EREPS (European Register of Exercise Professionals) database.
Bergrún Ingólfsdóttir received acknowledgement for best overall achievement in Personal Training with a grade average of 9,78 (out of 10) and Linda Björk Árnadóttir received acknowledgement for best overall achievement in Strength and Conditioning Coaching with a grade average of 9,23 (out of 10). They both received TRX strength bands from Hreysti. Íris Hrönn Kristinsdóttir gave commencement speach on behalf of the students.
